We know how important it is to get your goods when you expect, we use a large network to deliver goods from universalpixel.se to the whole world.

We aim to deliver within 7 - 14 working days within Sweden and about two days longer outside of Sweden. All Universalpixel products is printed on demand. We do not have large stocks of printed products, which means that your order is printed specially for you.
All deliveries are sent by "Posten". The cost for the Swedish Standard delivery is 39 sek, depending on size and weight. Order tracking is not available, wait 7 -14 business days for your delivery to arrive. The buyer has full responsibility that all information to universalpixel is complete and correct.

Unfortunately we can not deliver on public holidays or week-ends. In this case, you can expect delivery the next business day. If the delivery delays we will notify you by email with details of a new delivery date. We make every effort to deliver on time. But if there is a delay and we have informed the consumer, we are not liable to pay damages.

We provide the transportation risk, ie. the risk that the product is damaged or lost during shipment from our warehouse to you. You bear the risk in the event if the item is returned to us.
For packages that are not claimed, we reserve the right to charge customers for shipping, return shipping and handling costs 395:-
If you have filled in the incorrect address information, and we have send your package the cost is 150:- to change the information (This is the Post's fee). The change may take up to 48 hours to complete.
